Anna’s Hope was inspired by Anna Hughes who died from a brain tumour in 2006 aged 3.
The charity’s aim is to make a difference to the lives of children and young people who have a brain tumour by providing support and rehabilitation during and after treatment to help them reach their full potential.
Anna’s Hope provides support through
a)The Anna’s Specialist Hope Nurse provides outreach support for the child and family during their cancer treatment.
b)The Anna’s Hope Therapy Team provide specialist neuro-rehabilitation support at Addenbrookes hospital during and after
treatment.
c)Special Family Breaks provide respite for the whole family.
d)Family Support groups.
