Our services are focused on supporting and meeting the needs of unpaid carers. A carer is anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who, due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction, cannot cope without their support. Our work covers a quarter of the population of Wales. Carers Trust South East Wales was formerly Crossroads Care South East Wales, providing services in the local area for over 30 years. We are a network partner of the Carers Trust. Our vision is that carers and people with care needs across South East Wales have access to the support that matters to them.
