City Food Share exists to help make sure those in need of food don't go without.

We began in 2019 with the objective of raising funds for local food banks via contactless donations. We developed the Tap & Share campaign to enable customers to donate in shops, pubs and cafes by simply tapping their card on the donation unit at the point of sale. Since 2019 we have support a range of emergency food providers in Brighton and Sussex. We are currently supporting Fareshare Sussex & Surrey, who redistribute surplus food to local charities across Sussex, and Brighton Foodbank, who provide food for vulnerable people living in Brighton & Hove. We continue to raise money and awareness for our beneficiaries and we aim to continue to help ensure the sustainability of emergency food providers.
