By donating to ‘Dare the Headteacher’, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any participation instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any donations not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
The Payment Provider charges 4.5% per text as transaction fees.
Text charges are as set by your phone provider.
Once a donor has donated via text, they will receive an option to add Gift Aid to their donation.
All donations via text on a phone are added to the donor’s phone-bill, meaning no credit or debit card details are required for this payment method. This is PCI-compliant. (www.pcisecuritystandards.org) and no credit/debit card details are ever held by the NFS.
The closing date for ‘Dare the Headteacher’ is Tuesday 8th December at 5pm. Any donations made after this time will not be counted towards ‘Dare the Headteacher’, but will still be charged. All times in these terms and conditions are BST.
The Headteacher with the most votes at the closing date/time will undertake a dare as previously agreed with the Friends of Towers Fundraising Association. This will be shared with Towers Schools children as part of their Christmas party day on the 9th December 2020.
A list of the total number of votes will be available on ParentMail and the Friends of Towers Fundraising Association social media pages subject to agreement of the Towers Schools headteachers.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the campaign in whole or in part in the Promoter’s sole discretion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for loss or damage incurred by you in connection with your participation in the campaign.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or for any other matter for which liability may not be limited by law.
The Promoter may amend these terms and conditions at any time, but will notify you of significant changes before these come into effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the campaign is final. The Promoter operates a complaints procedure which is available on request by emailing email@example.com.
The Promoter is committed to operating the campaign in a socially responsible way.
