Founded in 2000, the Institute for Cancer Vaccines and Immunotherapy is a unique charity which exclusively funds research into cancer immunotherapy and vaccines. Our Principal, Professor Angus Dalgleish, Professor of Oncology at St. George’s University of London, has been a pioneer in this type of research for many years. ICVI raises funds to support his research team. All research is directly informed by Professor Dalgleish’s patients. This unique dynamic enables the improvement of patients’ survival rates and their quality of life for a wide range of cancers. We believe this is the future of cancer research. We had the vision 20 years ago to see that this type of research was worth exploring further. We hope to achieve even greater things in the next 20 years.
