Raptor Aid CIO (1177127) - Raising Awareness of Birds of Prey around the world through education and practical conservation

Raptor Aid CIO primary objectives are to educate people about birds of prey, their environments and conservation through practical conservation projects and innovative education. In the UK we carry this out by visiting schools and integrating birds of prey and wildlife conservation into their curriculum with engaging, hands on sessions such as our flat pack nest box scheme. Globally we help to raise awareness about species and projects taking place to save birds of prey and their habitats. This has included working with critically endangered species such as the Philippine eagle and their guardians the Philippine Eagle Foundation. We also carry out walks and talks to a range of groups about our experiences and projects and also run field workshops in monitoring and observing bird of prey.
