The EY Foundation works with young people in the UK to realize their career ambitions, and helps social enterprises scale up sustainably.

Our vision is that all young people in the UK, whatever their background, are empowered to fulfil their potential & successfully transition into the workplace. The young people we serve are all eligible for Free School Meals & many have multiple barriers to work. We provide intensive paid employability skills training & work experience alongside mentoring support. We leverage our professional heritage & support employers to make their recruitment processes more accessible to a young, diverse talent pipeline. Over 70% of the young people we support are from ethnic minority backgrounds & as part of our Race Forward 2021 commitments, we will work with EY to give at least 30% of Black young people on our programmes an EY work experience placement.
