NDCYS provides opportunities for young people to discover community, come to a friendship with Christ and a deeper awareness of themselves.

NDCYS exists to serve the young people of the Nottingham Diocese and beyond. It aims to meet young people where they are at and accompany them to encounter Christ in their lives. It supports 87 schools and 119 parishes in their mission of reaching out to young people. Based at the residential centre, The Briars, the Youth Service consists of professionally trained and qualified youth workers alongside young volunteers who work there as part of a gap year. NDCYS strives to find ways of meeting young people in their context and first and foremost proving love care and support to everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs.
