A one hour yoga lesson taught by Vicki Brown, mother of a Yr 12 student, either on zoom or at her home in Robertsbridge. The lesson will comprise a little yogic breath control (pranayama), the practice of asanas (postures) and some restorative yoga. The lesson can be geared towards beginners or intermediate level students. I am trained in Iyengar yoga and incorporate elements of Sivananda and Ashtanga into my practice.
The lesson is valid for the remainder of 2020. It is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or has any serious illness or injury. I cannot accept responsibility for any injury incurred by the participant during the lesson.
