Age Concern East Cheshire, also known as Age UK Cheshire East, is here to help older people in the East of Cheshire to be able to love later life. We want older people to be able to lead the life they always have, to have meaning and purpose, to have fun, to love and be loved. But we understand that this can get harder as we age and physical and practical things can get more difficult. Many older people across the UK and in East Cheshire are lonely and feel isolated. It is harder to get social care services and the numbers of people needed them is rising. We are here to help, to offer support, information and advice and services. And most of all, we are here to help local people look after themselves and enjoy life.
