We are a front-line charity in Lancashire providing crisis support and recovery services to victims of domestic violence and abuse (DVA).

We provide a “Whole Family Approach” to our work with a range of services from running 2 refuges for victims to providing therapeutic survival and recovery programmes. A distinctive feature of our work is the support we provide children who are often the forgotten victims where they have been exposed to violent and abusive experiences in the family home. This can have a massive impact on their safety, psychological development and future wellbeing. We also have Investors in Children Award status for our young people along with Investors in People. We also work with perpetrators of domestic abuse via our behaviour change programmes.
