While many of our vendors are homeless when they first start selling Big Issue North, our staff work with them to help them into new accommodation. When we succeed, however, many vendors, who may not be used to budgeting for household items, often struggle to kit their new property out with the basics many of us take for granted, such as toilet roll, towels, cleaning products and toiletries. When you give £20, you can provide everything a vendor in new accomodation needs to kit out their bathroom and make their house a home.
