"I have been selling Big Issue North for a year now. Sometimes it’s easy, sometimes it’s really hard. The days can be incredibly quiet and the weather not so nice. I chose to sell the magazine to earn my own income, to help my children and family. I need to earn money to pay rent, buy groceries, to get through each day and to survive! It’s a busy life – I work, and I go home and look after my children. It’s hard, but I’m really happy that I took this opportunity that Big Issue North gives me."
