The Bridgwater Foodbank supplies food to people in crisis in the Bridgwater area and surrounding villages, and we often need to buy some specific items that we run out of stock of. This funding will ensure that we always have the goods on the stock list on our shelves.

I know what its like to count every penny when you are trying to provide food for your family. One of my tenants has just received an amazing food parcel and it got me thinking about food banks and the incredible work they do. God has blessed me with so many good things in my life and I want to be able to share this even though its in such a small way, with others.

Hello, I come into the Foodbank once a month and ask what you're short of. I then buy the items you've requested up to the value of £20 and then bring them into you.
It's simply a personal donation.
As it's difficult at the moment for me to buy multiple of the same items for you, your guidance was to donate money instead, so one of your staff can do the shopping.
I'll continue to donate £20 per month until I can resume coming into see you and doing the shopping myself.
Regards,
Steve.
