The British Gymnastics Foundation exists to create opportunities through gymnastics, to bring real improvements to the lives of people most in need.

We use gymnastics to transform the lives of people and communities most in need in the UK. Gymnastics can benefit so many people. Our projects include: Love to Move, our chair based programme improving memory and mobility, while bringing joy to people living with dementia. Special Schools Programme , improving coordination and empowering disabled children by providing incredible experiences and gymnastics opportunities they will never forget. Hardship and Inspirational Grants and leadership Courses, enabling people going through personal crisis or in significant hardship, to gain confidence, fulfil potential and find employment.
