We are an independent Chichester based charity, offering our support to anyone who has had a diagnosis of cancer, their family members and carers. We offer a wide range of services supporting people in West Sussex and South East Hampshire. We provide: one - to - one Counselling. Complementary therapies - including: Acupuncture, Reiki, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage and Naturopathy. Specialist Support Groups, Gentle Exercise Classes, Art Groups, Monthly Book Club, Monthly Lunch Club, Social Events. Our drop in centre is here to welcome everyone and help build strong and lasting relationships during challenging times, both mentally and physically.
