Carlisle Youth Zone - a safe and fun place where the potential of Young People is developed and fulfilled.

CYZ is a bright and vibrant place where leisure facilities are offered to over 1000 young people each week from Carlisle and the surrounding area. We offer a wide variety of activities and facilities, including a Diner, a gym, training kitchen, music studio, dance and drama studio, climbing wall, arts and crafts area to name a few. We aim to ensure no child is missed, through ensuring every young person who comes through the door will be seen as an individual. We tailor our services to each young person to ensure they receive the help and support they need.
