Chapter is an arts centre whose core mission is in supporting artists, presenting and producing art, education and engagement with audiences.

Chapter in Cardiff, operating since 1971, has two cinemas, a theatre and a gallery. Around the artistic programme Chapter offers a vibrant social space through its café bar which offers an extensive range of healthy and affordable food and drink along with free Wi-Fi making it a popular space at all times of the day. Our footfall is over 700,000 and we run an extensive education programme which attracts over 1500 young people through our doors each year. In addition, over 200 community groups hire rooms from us for a range of activities and over 50 small cultural businesses rent office space. In 2011 we opened a community garden which has extended the offer we make to the local community.
