Children First Derby - Harvester Pride Park Charity of the Year MICS05

A registered charity founded in 1974 with the aim of relieving distress and suffering experienced by families and children. We support vulnerable children, young people and families to make a positive impact on their lives and those around them. We currently employ 18 staff and work with over 45 local volunteers to support over 500 disadvantaged children, young people and families each year.

We offer three distinct services:

• Supervised Contact Service for Looked After Children.

• Family Support Service: supporting vulnerable families with a child under 18 years. 

• Mentoring Service: supporting vulnerable young people aged 10 to 18.
