End of life care for patients with a life-limiting illness who need specialist help of hospice care.

The care provided by Cransley Hospice takes in all aspects of the person i.e. physical and mental health, spiritual and social care (holistic care) and is available in the hospice building (inpatient unit) and at home, whether this is in the patients home or in a care home. Cransley Hospice Trust is a local charity which every year provide funding to support the care provided by Cransley Hospice.
