The parish of Crediton centres around the Church of the Holy Cross, a church with a 1100 year history.

Crediton Parish Church is a grade 1 listed building with an active, committed congregation and excellent choir. There are a variety of services including morning and evening prayer, weekday Holy Communion, said and sung Communion on Sundays. Sunday evening services include, choral evensong, sung compline and a more informal, reflective Sacred Space. Many community events take place in the church, for example concerts, civic services and our annual Flower and Christmas Tree Festivals. The church is open every day in daylight hours.
