As Moray’s largest independent venue charity, we currently don’t receive any public funding to subsidise our operational costs.

In 2018 The Moray Council, made the decision to offer the Town Hall to the community, initially with a two year lease on the understanding that this then facilitated a adoption of the facility by Community Asset Transfer. The ETH4C team is constantly working to transform Elgin Town Hall into a profitable, vibrant and fun centre for the community of Moray.
