Ewen’s Room is a mental health and wellbeing charity based in the West Highlands of Scotland.

We are passionate about supporting mental health and wellbeing and working to raise awareness and reduce stigma around mental health issues. We run peer support drop-ins sessions (currently on zoom) and we also provide resources and workshops online to help people manage their wellbeing. Our free helpline and textline support anyone who needs someone to talk to, and, and we also have a telephone befriending service. For young people in our local area, our Education Officer provides mental health awareness lessons in schools, and we offer free access to counselling for those up to the age of 25.
