Friends of Congerstone supports Congerstone Primary School with much needed fundraising to enhance children’s learning experience

Friends of Congerstone aim to advance the education of pupils in Congerstone Primary School in particular by: Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school; Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the School and advance the education of the pupils. With school budgets increasingly stretched, Friends help to raise funds to support the school typically with ‘extras’ that ordinarily would not be provided by the school’s budget. In the past funds raised have been spent on a multi use games area, a trim trail, online subscriptions, smart whiteboards, iPads, activity days in school, new reading books and much more.
