Fur Clemt is an organisation dedicated to reducing food waste and making it available to the community through its food share schemes and cafes.

Fur Clemt has responded to the Covid 19 virus crisis by diverting resources to provide vulnerable people in Wigan with food parcels to reduce their need to shop. In addition, we are sharing our supplies with other organisations supporting their community and working closely with our charities and community groups to ensure our food reaches those most in need. Our café kitchens are now dedicated to producing healthy ready meals for distribution by Age UK. Although most of the food we use is donated we need to purchase staples such as milk, tea, sugar and meat to supplement the food parcels and meals and also packaging materials for the ready meals.
