Grand Avenue Year 6 Leavers Celebrations 2022YEAR6

Every year, Year 6 parents fundraise so that all the Year 6 children leave with fond memories and mementos of their time at Grand Avenue.  Our fundraising goal: £4,001 What will our amazing children get? A yearbook full of photos and precious memories. A cool “leavers” hoodie An extra gift yet to be determind (in 2021 it was a caricature of each child) A brilliant leavers party in the children’s preferred theme, full of surprises In recent years fundraising activities have been more difficult so we have asked year 6 families to donate to the fund directly. If you are a year 6 parent, and can donate your time, ideas or expertise to help with some of these activities please contact parent rep Els Proctor or any of the year 6 parent reps. Grand Avenue School Parents Association is a charity with the aim to raise as money for our school to buy equipment and facilities and provide experiences that will enhance our childrens learning while they progress through Grand Avenue. Along the way, we want to create a community spirit among parents, children and teachers and have lots of fun! Therefore any funds remaining after the costs of this year 6 campaign are met will be transferred to the school charitys main campaign which is currently raising funds for the kit out of the new studio space build for STEM activities for the entire school.
