The GPPSA are working hard to raise £20,000 to put towards a school farm, playground equipment and a PA system.

Farms create a nurturing environment for children.  The presence of a farm can help to improve behaviour, attendance, provide an enhanced knowledge regarding diet and well-being, create a venue for learning outside of the classroom, a sense of belonging, inclusion, sustainability, confidence and a sense of achievement.  We are hopeful building a Farm at the school, starting with chickens, will be the beginning of a long term benefit to the children.
