The Hay Festival Foundation supports the aims of the Festival in the UK and internationally, and is committed to access and inclusion.

The Hay Festival Foundation aims to promote or develop the art or science of literature, poetry and all other forms of artistic expression in all its branches and likewise to promote and develop the improvement of literature, poetry and all other forms of artistic expression for the benefit of and to further the education and learning of the people of both the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and other countries around the world.
