Our aim is to provide emotional and practical support to families who have children with congenital or acquired heart disease. Our support extends to children in hospital and at home as we thrive to provide items to help their mental and physical well-being through providing both indoor and outdoor equipment. We are a grant-making organisation, as we support families who have children in hospital awaiting/undergoing a surgical procedure.
