Live Music Now offers the benefits of live music to those with least access to it and supports the development of emerging professional musicians.
Live Music Now's distinctive approach has been developed over 35 years, realising the vision of our founders, Yehudi Menuhin and Ian Stoutzker.
Menuhin believed that everyone, especially those at the margins of society, should benefit from the very highest quality musical performances. LMN delivers programmes tailored to participants whose lives are challenged due to disability, illness, poverty or social disadvantage. We select and train only the very best musicians from a wide range of genres, at the outset of their professional careers.
Over the last three decades, Live Music Now reached more than 2 million people through 50,000 participatory performances across the UK, supporting the development of thousands of inspiring musicians.
