Millimetres 2 Mountains supports individuals to redefine their limitations through the power of the great outdoors.

Millimetres 2 Mountains Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded by Lois and Ed Jackson, that supports individuals in their recovery from life-impacting trauma through outdoor adventure, life coaching and grants towards physiotherapy and re-training. The charity currently supports 23 beneficiaries as part of its three-year programme, providing them with the opportunity to take on a life-changing international expedition to redefine their limitations and take steps towards a brighter future.
