St James' Church, situated in Colesbourne alongside the historic snowdrop garden and arboretum of Colesbourne Park

St James' Church is a listed II historic church dating back to 1050 and is situated in the centre of Colesbourne Conservation Area alongside the historic snowdrop garden and arboretum of Colesbourne Park owned by the Elwes Family. With a population of just over 100, services are held every Sunday. Many events are held throughout the year to support the church and as a way of bringing the community together. Recent events have included a Barn Dance, Summer Fete, Flower Festival, Quiz Night, Curry Evening and a Harvest Supper. Every year we are also invited to host the teas during one of the Snowdrop Open Weekends.
