Southampton Street Pastors

Southampton Street Pastors

South East

Southampton Street Pastors patrol in the city and suburbs assisting and protecting the vulnerable around venues, sleeping rough and in the community.

Southampton Street Pastors help protect those who are vulnerable at night around hospitality venues, assist the homeless in the city when patrolling and we patrol in communities to assist with any issues that may be occuring. We offer reassurance, safety and support through listening, caring and helping. Our trained volunteers have regular patrols on Friday and Saturday nights in the city. In the suburbs there is a Saturday evening patrol and there are 8 types of daytime patrols near schools, in the city centre and the suburbs. We have clocked up 60,000 hours on patrol since May 2009, offering a reassuring presence that is relied upon by door staff, police, paramedics, officials, venue owners and communities. We enjoy being part of the voluntary sector in the city and contributing to the life of the city and suburbs. Your donation will allow us to carry on this valuable work of protecting and assisting those that find themselves vulnerable and in need of help.
