Spectrum Community Arts Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation, providing performing arts workshops for people with disabilities and additional needs.
Spectrum Community Arts was founded in January 2017 after seeing a growing need to provide accessible performing arts workshops for people with disabilities and additional needs. Our principal aim is to enable participants to develop their self-esteem and self-expression in a safe, encouraging environment, through the provision of performing arts workshops.
The Performing Arts should be accessible for EVERYONE and today Spectrum provides 9 different face-to-face and virtual weekly clubs as well as bespoke workshop programs for Special Schools, SEND departments within mainstream schools, charities, adult day services and other organisations.
We strongly believe that the performing arts is the perfect platform to help nurture and develop individual skills and abilities.
By supporting Spectrum Community Arts, you are helping to ensure our workshops continue to run and that we can continue to provide this much needed service to those who cannot access the performing arts via mainstream methods. Through fundraising efforts we will also able to expand our services to offer more workshops and activities to individuals, schools, SEND departments and other organisation.
