Bramdean Church needs to raise funds for the maintenance and upkeep of the fabric of the church and for other charitable purposes.
St Simon and St Jude, Bramdean is one of the seven churches in the Upper Itchen Benefice. Founded in the twelfth century, the church is a listed building that has been altered over the centuries, particularly by the Victorians in the nineteenth century.
Your support will help with the maintenance and upkeep of the fabric of the church, with our outreach programme for our visitors and other projects. We have recently completed a major repair project included in which was the restoration of the East Wall. A permanent exhibition covering the history of the church and the village will shortly be installed.
Your donation will help keep this historic church open for the benefit for all and maintain it for future generations.
Thank you for supporting Bramdean Church and we hope you have enjoyed your visit.
