Steamship Shieldhall

Steamship Shieldhall is the largest working steamship in Britain. A flagship of the National Historic Fleet she serves as a sea going tribute to Britain’s maritime heritage.

Shieldhall is the last of her type and is one of very few vessels maintained and operated entirely by unpaid volunteers.

Steamship Shieldhall Charity is a membership organisation with over 800 members worldwide. As a community focussed body, the charity provides opportunities for youth and maritime apprentice training, as well as a unique venue for business and social gatherings, theatre and filming activities.
