The Connections in Mind Foundation help people flourish by supporting them to develop strong executive function skills

The Connections in Mind Foundation (CiMF) is a UK-based charity whose mission is to support children, young people from all backgrounds to develop executive function skills. These skills are a fundamental aspect of brain development, which has a profound impact on learning and wellbeing and are needed to flourish in life. Poor executive functioning can negatively impact on academic achievement, emotional wellbeing, interpersonal relationships and job outcomes. We achieve this mission by raising awareness of executive functions in the UK through training executive function coaches, teachers and working with schools; supporting parents; talks, seminars and attending events; campaigning to influence policy and supporting research to evaluate approaches to strengthen children and young people’s executive function skills.
