EHE is one of the world's rarest cancers with no treatment. We are raising funds to help fund critical research and so provide hope to those with EHE.
The EHE Rare Cancer Charity (UK) was established in 2015 to supporter patients with Epithelioid Haemangioendothelioma (EHE), an ultra-rare sarcoma, and to ultimately seek new treatments and a possible cure for EHE. We have three core objectives: (i) Advocacy; (ii) Patient Support; and (iii) Fundraising and Research. We are part of an alliance of EHE foundations that have been established since 2015, and which have all grown out of our global EHE Facebook page that now has over 2,000 members across over 75 different countries. We are currently funding EHE research projects in the UK, Europe and the USA. We have been funding the set-up of the UK National EHE Biobank, over the last two years ,which went live in March 2021. The charity is run entirely by volunteers. 4 of our 6 trustees are either EHE patients or family members of EHE patients.
