The Upper Norwood Library Hub (UNLH) was born out of a successful campaign by local residents to save the Upper Norwood Joint Library.

In 2016 the running of the building was transferred into the hands of the community to become the exciting and vibrant community space it is today. We are now open 6 days a week and have increased weekly opening hours from 22 to 48, whilst hosting a programme of activities for the local community. Through regular donations, sponsorships, hiring our space for office use, activities or events and volunteering you can help us maintain a range of free and affordable activities for local residents such as our digital inclusion classes, ESOL, activities for children and also help to sustain and develop this much-loved community treasure.
