WRB is a community-led charity in an area of approximately 8000 residents working to create a more sustainable and positive future using our UNESCO Biosphere designation. Our vision is a thriving Wester Ross for everyone, and this can be duly applied to the whole of the Highland region. Our work is based on collaboration with organisations at the local, regional, national and international levels. We value innovative solutions and explore ways for partners and local communities to benefit from a globally recognised institution, dedicated to the protection and enhancement of both natural and cultural heritage - while securing a sustainable future for people and place.
