Please help support the Wickham Pantry to feed families and create a sustainable future. We operate a membership 'shop' for our local community. Members donate £5 every time they shop and receive at least £20 in fresh, frozen, and dried food. We also offer free fruit and vegetables, and free sanitary products.
The pantry has over 500 members, and regularly supports more than 80 households each week, including families, older people, and refugees. Anyone and everyone is welcome to become a member, to help their money go further.
The pantry is run by volunteers who give up their time to support the project. The pantry couldn't operate without their amazing dedication. We receive donations and apply for funding to cover the cost of running the pantry. We are trying to ensure that the cost of living doesn't impact our users, but it has increased our costs significantly. We are very grateful for any funding and donations received.
The pantry is also developing wrap-around projects, such as cooking sessions, and support for refugees and families with young children.
Please donate so that we can continue to run this essential service. Not only are we tackling food injustice, but also saving food that would otherwise go to waste. Thank you.
