The Zen Project aims to make all things zen accessible to all, building a community that fosters resilience and creates calm amongst the chaos
Our converted American School bus provides a safe, mobile space for our 11 minute micro zen sessions - from breath work to guided meditations, we have something for everyone. We visit a range of community spaces including homeless shelters, women's refuges, schools, and workplaces. Our mission is to make zen practice accessible to all and build a community of support and resilience. A recent report from Mind revealed that more than 76% of people have a personal experience with mental health problems and over half of the population is suffering with anxiety. Now more than ever we need to find ways to tackle these challenges. For more information on the work we are doing and how to get involved, please visit our website - www.t-z-p.com
