Dance is for everyone: young people, older adults, people with restricted mobility... and everyone in between.
It has long been proven that dance, as an art form, has the ability to transform lives. From boosting confidence and enhancing social
skills in younger people, to preventing falls, reducing isolation and improving coordination, strength and balance in older adults – and of course, raising the spirits of everyone – dance provides creative experiences for both body and mind.
