K9focus is a dog rescue charity which is run entirely by volunteers and has its main aim as the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of abused and abandoned dogs. It works closely within the local community to promote responsible ownership. The charity also is a strong believer in bringing dogs and people together and offers work experience to young people wishing to follow a career in animal welfare. In addition it offers volunteer opportunities to people with learning difficulties or people that are perhaps struggling with depression.
