On June 12th 2019 Kenny will be setting off from Nuffield Health Gym in Chichester to begin a 2655 mile cycle ride around the UK returning 50 days later on July 31st.
Kenny says "Kathleen lived with Multiple Sclerosis for all of her adult life, she was a wonderful positive person. In the autumn of 2014, my beautiful sister Kathleen, sadly passed away but I vowed to keep her name alive in all of my fundraising and charity work for the MS Trust.
July 31st 2019 would have been Kathleen’s 50th birthday so I felt it fitting to do a massive challenge to celebrate this land mark Birthday. I have decided to ride solo around the UK for 50 days raising funds and awareness for the MS Trust, finishing back in Chichester on Kathleen’s Birthday
This challenge will without doubt be the biggest one I’ve ever taken on plus the huge amount of preparation, training and organising that will go into it. It will be tough with lots of sweat and tears, but it will be an amazing rewarding challenge.
I am hoping to raise £50,000 for the MS Trust who were there for Kathleen and my family when we needed it. So please help me make a huge different for people living with MS today and ensure no one has to manage MS alone"
