St Peter and St Paul church is at the heart of Langham's community.
At the heart of our village is its fantastic church. This wonderful building, a fine specimen of 13th and 14th gothic architecture, is there for the whole village. Whether you come in regularly or only occasionally, all are welcome and will find it a place for prayer, reflection or for just being at peace. The door is always open during daylight hours.
Sunday services include Holy Communion (11.00, 2nd and 4th Sundays in each month) and an evening reflective service (6pm, 1st Sunday). There is also a programme of concerts, lunches and other activities to strengthen the village's social fabric.
The church building is beautiful, but could be used for many more village events. Part of what limits its use is the lack of facilities. We are raising money to install a servery and toilet in the church. Our aim is to enable this glorious building to serve the village better.
