Polar Bears are facing critical threats from climate change, with rapidly diminishing sea ice endangering their habitat and limiting their ability to hunt.
To combat these challenges, Yorkshire Wildlife Park and the WildLife Foundation have teamed up with Polar Bears International to protect these magnificent animals through dedicated research, policy advocacy, and global education.
At Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Project Polar plays a key role in Polar Bear conservation by providing a unique habitat for research and raising public awareness. Our educational programs also reach communities within polar bear regions, promoting sustainable practices to help protect this iconic species.

I have been visiting Yorkshire wildlife park before the polar bears were there. They are a beautiful addition to the park, such beautiful creatures and YWP are such an incredible cause that do so much with the animals at heart. Would love to also be entered into the draw to win the polar bear experience and would gift to my mother for us to celebrate her 60th birthday with a very memorable experience.
