Sussex Homeless Support receives no Government funding despite this its volunteers have for 5 year stepped up and provided life saving support on the streets. The street kitchens are frontline in this with hot food provisions and clean clothing, in winter its sleeping bags and protective winter clothing along with support for the dogs who also end up homeless, with the support of streetvets we give those dogs a chance to survive, they get a heathcheck while their owners fill bags and pockets with dog food to last the week. SHS is totally run by volunteers and as well as street kitchens it provides home support and advocacy, since Feb 2020 SHS has supplied over 1200 houshold items mainly Kettles, Toasters, Microwaves, Radios and just about everything you can imagine to help homless into accomodation, we are frontline and we ask is support how you can, no big wages soaking up your donation everything is used in the best way we can., Please Donate.
