The Green Estate Community Interest Company was set up over 20 years ago to turn what was no-go wasteland into the beautiful heritage buildings and landscape our visitors and community enjoy today.
We are especially proud to be the stewards of Sheffield Manor Lodge where Mary, Queen of Scots was imprisoned and where Bess of Hardwick and George Talbot once lived.
The walls of this once grand manor have stood for over 450 years, We want them to stand for many more and make sure Sheffield's best kept secret become a jewel in the crown of Sheffield's heritage offer.
